After listening to countless players who have modded and upgraded their JS-400 guitars JET felt it was time to offer a pre-upgraded, premium version of their best-selling model. With this firmly in mind the JS-480 features a roasted poplar body, roasted maple neck, and rosewood fretboard which delivers a premium and comfortable playing experience with enhanced tonal qualities.
A new high quality tremolo system, bone nut and locking tuners ensure superb tuning stability. The upgrades continue with premium custom designed Alnico V HSS (Humbucker-Single-Single) pickups that deliver the perfect blend of versatility, power and clarity whatever the musical genre. The elegant gold hardware adds a touch of luxury, while the finishes in Black, Violet, and Wine Red are pure class.
